Sourced from the "Cristalline" sugarcane variety, organically grown over 30 hectares in Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye, this rum is artisanally distilled after a natural fermentation lasting 5 to 8 days. Aged for 5 years in Haiti's tropical climate, it matured in a unique combination of barrels that previously held prestigious rums (Hampden, Mount Gay, Caroni) and renowned whiskies (Benriach, Jack Daniel's).
