The sugarcane, grown on sandy soil, 50 km from the sea, is hand-harvested, giving it a unique aromatic depth. Distilled in an Armagnac-style column still, it develops an exceptional elegance while maintaining impressive intensity at 56.6% ABV.

The nose reveals an explosion of ripe fruits and indulgent spices, supported by a refined oak influence. The palate is rich and sophisticated, featuring exotic fruits, vanilla, and caramel, while the long and lingering finish highlights the complexity of its aging process.
