This opus from the collection of Cellar Master Saint James brilliantly closes the tribute to the “Grands Crus” of the Distillery. A Great Rum from Martinique whose rarity is the result of controlled distillation of pure cane juice and prolonged ageing for sixteen years in a tropical environment without topping up or reduction.

Put in 320L French oak barrels in 2005, a reference year marked by a dry climate, this old rum is distilled in a traditional Creole column then aged and bottled in the Chais de Sainte-Marie.
