Exclusive to the French market, this Single Malt Chapter 7 Highland 7 Year Old 2014 comes from a cask from one of the oldest Scottish distilleries based on the Isle of Mull, famous in the world for its peated whiskies.
The production and malting methods have remained traditional in order to offer authentic whiskies, rich in character. The peat has been sublimated by the distillery for almost 200 years.
Monologue #29 is a 7-year-old peated Single Malt (40 PPM) distilled in November 2014, aged in Bourbon hogshead casks and bottled in May 2022 at 52%. This Single Cask offers 308 bottles, not one more.
Bottled cask strength, this Single Malt is not cold filtered and no colouring has been added.

Chapter 7 is an independent whisky bottling company based in Scotland, founded in 2014 by whiskey enthusiast Selim Evin.
The adventure started as a personal project of selecting Scottish Single Malts, but quickly grew following numerous international awards. Today, the company is structured around a varied range of whiskies intended for enlightened amateurs: Monologue, Anecdote, Chronicle, and Prologue.
The range of Chapter 7 includes unique whiskies, from small productions or very rare productions through exceptional blends. There are Single Malts bottled cask strength as well as exceptional Blended Malt, Single Grain and Blended Scotch Whiskies.
