Hinch Imperial Stout 70cl 43°
Hinch Craft & Cask Imperial Stout Finish represents the perfect harmony between two iconic Irish traditions: whisky and beer.
This fusion of expertise has resulted in a product with a unique flavour profile.
Made from a blend of Single Grain (75%) and Single Malt (25%) whiskies, distilled three times in swan-neck stills, it is then aged for 4 years in first-fill bourbon casks, then matured for 11 months in casks previously filled with Imperial Stout beer from the Whitewater brewery.
This combination gives this blend remarkable complexity and roundness.

“Island Town” in Gaelic, the Hinch distillery offers a diverse range of whiskeys and real know-how.
In November 2020, the distillery opened its own premises near Belfast, close to the Scottish coast. This region has become a hub of exchange and know-how between the two nations who still compete for the invention of whiskey.
Traditional triple distillation is in the spotlight! It is so important that the stills have little nicknames corresponding to the mountains of the region where the distillery can get its water.
