Hinch distillery
Hinch Whiskey, the Gaelic word for "Island City", offers a diverse range of products and real expertise.
In November 2020, the distillery opened its own premises near Belfast, close to the Scottish coast. This region has become a hub of exchange and expertise between the two nations still battling over the invention of whiskey.
Traditional triple distillation takes pride of place! It is so important that the stills have little nicknames corresponding to the mountains in the region where the distillery gets its water.
