Inspired by ancestral techniques used to make Cognac and fine alcohols, the founder of the House, Jacques Bally, had in 1917 the genius idea and the instinct to let his rums age in barrels. This prolonged ageing in wood gives them a beautiful mahogany colour and aromas of an inimitable finesse that only time can grant.

The exceptional colour of this barrel-aged rum is highlighted by the emblematic pyramid bottle of the Bally house.
