The Foursquare White High Esters is an exceptional white rum born from the collaboration between the Foursquare distillery, located in Barbados, and the independent bottler Habitation Velier. This rum stands out for its intense and complex aromatic profile, resulting from a unique fermentation and distillation process.

A blend of two rums: one from molasses fermented with selected yeasts over 72 hours, the other from pure cane juice spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts over several weeks.

Utilization of a double retort pot still, achieving a high ester concentration of 555 grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol (gr/hlpa).
