This white rum Trois Rivières is part of the new range of rums "Les Editions du Bar by Trois Rivières".

This reference in the range has been redesigned through a smooth process of reduction.

Instead of the mechanical mixing generally used, Daniel Baudin, the cellar master has implemented a drop-by-drop reduction over a period of 5 months to maintain the aromatic richness of the juice.

Despite its 55°, this rum has a nice roundness without sacrificing the complexity of flavours. It is powerful and fresh.

Bottled in Martinique, all Trois Rivières rums are filtered at room temperature, without the use of caramel.
