Papa Rouyo 2022 Velier 70cl 56.7°

Habitation Velier offers an amber rum from the Papa Rouyo distillery located in Guadeloupe. Its name refers to the son of a planter Charles Albert Ruscade, who became a farmer after working hard with his family to buy back the land on which he cultivated his sugar cane.

This Small Batch, composed of 100% pure red cane juice (R579), is aged for one year in large-grain oak barrels containing Cognac and is bottled at 57.2°.

We find very floral and fruity notes and a beautiful generosity with aromas of cane and caramel.
