Rosemont Pineapple Rum 70cl 40°

Rosemont pineapple rum was made from carefully selected Costa Rican pineapples harvested when ripe.

Their flesh and skin are then macerated in a rum aged in new French oak barrels. Then, the infusion obtained is distilled in the distillery's Charentais still in order to release all the aromas and finally, it is assembled with a molasses rum aged in new oak barrels.

Finally, a touch of homemade caramel is added as well as a hint of fragrant matricaria, a Quebec plant which has the particularity of smelling like pineapple.

A rum with exotic flavours full of sweetness.
