Distillerie de Montréal, Quebec know-how
Rosemont is the result of a collaboration between two long-time Canadian friends, Lilian Wolfelsberger and Stéphane Dion. In 2013, they decided to come together to found the Montreal Distillery in the heart of Quebec.
Since its creation, the distillery has been keen to offer products combining know-how and innovation, through carefully selected ingredients and very specific distillation techniques:
- The spirits are made from natural aromatics but also from ingredients selected from recognized producers and pickers, using local products as much as possible (berries, fruits, spices, cereals, etc.)
- The spirits go through double distillation in Charentais stills, a slow process which brings out the finest and purest aromas.
The distillery is one of the few ones in Canada to carry out the entire fermentation and distillation process entirely on site. Its commitment to quality has earned it great recognition among consumers but also awards in international competitions.
