Produced by Distillerie de Montréal, this is the only dark rum made entirely in Quebec.

Green molasses and cane sugar are first double-distilled in a Charentais still, then the rum is finished in oak barrels. An infusion of Quebec cranberries, a homemade caramel made from brown sugar, and an infusion of natural spices are added.

This well-balanced, gourmet rum, with its beautiful pink hue, oscillates superbly between the acidity of the cranberry and the sweetness of the caramel. Perfect for pairing with all your favourite cocktails.
