Demon's Share rum is produced by the Bodegas de America distillery located in Panama.

Fermented with a yeast endemic to the country, this molasses rum is distilled in a column still before ageing for 6 years in American oak barrels that have contained Bourbon.

Its aromatic character is expressed by round vanilla notes, gently spicy with citrus flavours.

Colour: intense amber with golden reflections.

Nose: both intense and subtle with soft notes of tanning and predominant vanilla, combined with citrus fruits, green apple and a touch of wood.

Palate: round, woody notes which strongly attenuate the vanilla of the nose. Sweet spices, citrus notes, wood and light leather intermingle.

Finish: gently persistent with an original character.
