For the 6th consecutive year, Capital has partnered with the Statista institute and publishes the list of "Best e-commerce sites 2023", including Le Comptoir Irlandais!
To build this list, Statista has identified more than 10,000 merchant sites in France.
After having selected the most important sites in their sector according to their frequentation and their activity, Statista conducted a double survey combining a series of technical tests conducted by analysts on more than 53 criteria and an online consumer survey carried out with of a panel of 3,000 online buyers.
Survey date: October 2022 to January 2023.
Six major themes were analysed:
- ergonomics & construction of the site
- trust & security
- payment
- purchase & delivery
- communication Department
- technical performance
In all, 600 sites were awarded, covering more than 80 product categories.
All the results resulted in a score out of 10 for each site.
Le Comptoir Irlandais is therefore a brilliant part of this list this year and is 4ᵉ in the "Fine food and caterer" category with a score of 7.3/10!
