Nose: aromas of cherries complemented by brown sugar, rum, raisins and spices.

Palate: Sweet flavours of stewed Damascus plums, figs and apricots accompanied by Seville orange zest and charred oak.

Finish: long, with sweet and spicy notes, to which are added roasted hazelnuts.
