New gin Hendrick's signature as a cocktail !

Hendrick’s unveils its new limited edition Midsummer Solstice signature: a deeply floral gin inspired by the mystery of nature’s brightest flowers blooming at the summer solstice.

On the nose, it develops scents of juniper adorned with the perfection of perfumed zest and a decidedly floral character. The initial freshness melts to reveal hidden shades of orange blossom and a beautiful exotic maturity.

On the palate, a luxuriant flowering leaves room for the inimitable style of the Hendrick’s house: the juniper, subtle spices and a floral and sweet finish that exalts the mouth with a crunchy cucumber accompanied by a delicate touch of rose.

To taste this summer-flavoured gin, we offer 2 cocktail ideas with Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice.

Midsummer Solstice Spritz

Ingredients:

- 50 ml Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice gin

- 50 ml Sparkling Wine

- 150 ml Tonic Water

- Orange & Cucumber Slice

Preparation:

1/ Add all ingredients to a large wine glass full with cubed ice

2/ Gently stir to mix

3/ Garnish and serve

Midsummer Solstice Bramble

Ingredients:

- 35 ml of Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice gin

- 20 ml fresh lemon juice

- 12 ml sugar syrup

- 5 cl blackcurrant cream

- 1 slice of cucumber and 1 blackberry for decoration

Preparation:

1/ Add all ingredients to a large wine glass full with cubed ice

2/ Gently stir to mix

3/ Garnish and serve
