Ingredients (for 1 liter)

  • 4 tablespoons of The Tea - Earl Grey black tea (Le Comptoir Irlandais)
  • 1 liter of simmering water
  • 200 g red berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries—fresh or frozen)
  • 1 yellow lemon (juice + zest)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (or agave syrup)
  • A few fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Ice cubes



Steps

  1. Brewing the tea: Bring the water to a boil, remove from heat, and add the tea. Let steep for 5 minutes, then remove the leaves. Let cool.
  2. Prepare the berries: In a saucepan, heat the berries with 2 tablespoons of water and the lemon zest over low heat for 5 minutes. Mash them slightly and strain to obtain a seedless juice.
  3. Preparation: In a pitcher, combine the cooled tea, lemon juice, honey, and red fruit juice. Add the mint leaves and let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
