The Gold Fashioned

1. Pour honey, bitters and whisky into cocktail glasses.
2. Add ice and stir.
3. Cut an orange zest and press it over the glasses to extract the oils.

Honey Highball

1. Pour the whisky and honey into a highball glass.
2. Stir then add ice cubes.
3. Add chamomile tea and stir.
4. Cut a slice of lemon for garnish.

The Golden Hot Toddy

1. Create your spice mix.
2. Add all the ingredients to a heat-resistant mug or glass and top up with boiling water.
3. Stir well then remove the cloves.
4. Garnish with lemon and a cinnamon stick.
