Irish Old Fashioned cocktail

The Old fashioned cocktail is to be served as an aperitif, composed of a sugar soaked in Angostura and whiskey.

A perfect cocktail to enjoy during Mother's and Father's Day in June.

Ingredients:

- 4cl of Bushmills 10 years old

- 1 dash of Angostura bitter

- 1 orange peel

- 1 piece of sugar

- Ice cubes

Les étapes :

1/ Make this recipe directly in the glass.

2/ Put the sugar in the glass, sprinkle it with Angostura, a drop of whiskey then crush it and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Finally, add ice cubes and whiskey.

3/ Serve in an "old fashioned" glass.

4/ Decoration: add a large orange zest.
