Make your own mint tea at home

 

Mint green tea is an emblematic product of North Africa, symbolizing joy, sharing and hospitality. It has become one of the most famous teas like Earl Grey tea. Bringing together the benefits of green tea and mint, mint tea is a drink that is both delicious and reputed to be healthy.

You can make your own mint green tea very easily.

Ingredients:

- green tea

- mint leaves

- sugar powder

- water

Steps:

1/ Boil water in a kettle or in a saucepan. Meanwhile, cut and wash the mint leaves.

2/ Put 2 teaspoons of green tea or Gunpowder green tea in the teapot and pour a bottom of boiling water.

3/ Leave to infuse for 1 min and discard the water. Keep the tea.

4/ Add the mint leaves and 3 teaspoons of fine sugar (or more depending on your taste). Fill the teapot with boiling water. Close the teapot and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes on the heat.

5/ After the time has elapsed, taste. Add sugar according to your taste.
