 To coincide with the release of Gin Melifera and Spritz Des Dunes, discover 3 fruity and refreshing cocktails.

Gin to Perfect

Preparation time 10mn
Ingredients 

  • 50ml Melifera Gin

  • 20ml Lemon

  • 15ml Honey water

  • 100ml Tonic

Steps 

  1. To make your honey water: dilute 3/4 honey in 1/4 hot water and leave to cool.

  2. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour in the Gin Melifera, the lemon and your honey water.
  4. Top up with your tonic.

Spritz des Dunes

Preparation time 10mn
Ingredients

  • 5cl Spritz des Dunes

  • 10cl Prosecco

  • 5cl Sparkling water

  • 1cl sugar syrup optional

  • 1 drop orange blossom (optional)
Les étapes

  1. Fill your glass with ice cubes.

  2. Add your Spritz des Dunes and your Prosecco.
  3. Top up with sparkling water.
  4. For a gourmet touch, add your sugar syrup and a drop of orange blossom.
