- 1 boîte de 80g de tartinable de Noix de St Jacques aux brisures de truffes, - Oignon rosé crus (100g), - Vinaigre de Modène, - Sirop de grenadine, - Tomate (100g), - Huile d'olive, Basilic, poivre et sel, - Tomates cerise (finition décor). Émincer finement les oignons, les placer dans une casserole à fond épais, verser le vinaigre de Modène, le sirop de grenadine et faire cuire à feu doux avec couvercle, jusqu'à l'obtention d'une "marmelade" d'oignons fondants et légèrement caramélisés....
