Melifera
Created on the Ile d'Oléron, Melifera is the first organic gin made with wild immortelle flowers. It is made from 100% natural ingredients. The immortelle flower is a symbol of the dunes and brings a unique touch of warmth and sunshine.
Distilled in Saint-Palais in the Charente-Maritime region, this distillery boasts ancestral know-how and favours sustainable production. Melifera is committed to protecting biodiversity, in particular by protecting their black bees (whose scientific name is Apis Melifera Melifera). Respectful of the ecosystem, Melifera has the Ecocert label.
It is the one and only organic gin to use immortelle flower, which is harvested by hand from plants sown on the island of Oleron. Melifera takes you on a journey to the sand dunes of Oléron.
