This Single Pot Still, a worthy representative of the Irish style, is also an innovation among West Cork whiskeys since it was made from a unique ratio of 66% malted barley and 33% non-malted barley.
After a triple distillation, it aged for 5 years in ex-Bourbon barrels which give it malty and spicy notes, and even slightly fruity.
