Distilled in 2011 in 3 types of stills (pot still rum doubler, lamb-glass and boil ball pot still), this Batch No2 benefited from aging in American white oak barrels.
The result is rich and spicy with notes of nutmeg, vanilla and honey which reminds us of pastry cream.
