Made in a 100% artisanal way from malted barley, distilled 4 times in traditional copper still, Ornabrak is then distilled a 5th time with 5 botanical ingredients to create a complex and floral Single Malt gin.

Ornabrak is a unique gin, one of only three in the world made from 100% malted barley.

The 5 botanicals plants were meticulously selected to create synergies and complementarities, and to enhance the quality of the starting distillate: juniper berries (Macedonia), Douglas pine thorns (Ireland, West Cork), angelic (Poland), lemon vervena leaves (Morocco), lemon zest (Spain).
