Irish Fish Canners is a world leader in canning fish. The unique location gives access to the best fish in the world and has played a key role in the evolution of the company into a major supplier of canned seafood for a number of major international brands operating on global markets. Located in northwestern Donegal County, next to Ireland's largest deep-sea fishing port Killybegs, guarantees the supply of fresh fish throughout the seasons.

An ambitious local entrepreneur, Michael J. Bonner, bought a local fish cannery in 1988. Michael's vision for the company was to provide sustainable jobs in the local community using what nature provided, from premium fish from the cold, sustainable waters of the North Atlantic. It is a vision that he has succeeded and built successfully. Following Michael's untimely death in 1993, the company remained in the Bonner family and continues to do so.

Their ambitious commitment to sustainable development has been recognised and supported by Bord Bia's Origin Green Sustainability program. The high quality is the hallmark of the continued success of Irish Fish Canners. The canning facilities are BRC Grade A certified and equipped with state-of-the-art production facilities, ensuring that all products are manufactured with a focus on food safety and superior quality.

All products are 100% natural, no additives or preservatives, are rich in Omega 3 fish oils, are free of bone and are ready to eat hot or cold as a meal or snack.
