Providence Dunder & Syrup 70cl 56°
Reference: 24781
Providence Dunder & Syrup is the second bottling from the Port-au-Prince distillery in Haiti. It is produced from syrup and Cristalline cane juice, which makes it so original.
Providence Dunder & Syrup rum is distilled in Haiti at the Port-au-Prince distillery. Its production is based on traditional methods: fermentation is done from syrup and Cristalline cane juice from Michel Sajous. Dunder is then added to this mixture.
This fermentation allows the development of a very particular aromatic complexity. The cane wine obtained after fermentation is distilled in two stages in stills by the coppersmith Müller and heated in a bain-marie. The resulting eaux-de-vie leave the distiller at around 73% before being reduced to 56°.
Dunder & Syrup is the second bottling from the Port-au-Prince distillery created in 2018.
