Dingle Distillery – The Soul of Irish Craft Whiskey

Established in 2012 in the picturesque town of Dingle, on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way, the Dingle Distillery is a trailblazer of the modern Irish whiskey revival. Founded by three visionaries (Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley), Dingle is proudly independent, small-scale, and craft-driven.

A Distinctive Coastal Terroir

Nestled on the Dingle Peninsula, the distillery benefits from a cool, humid Atlantic climate that allows for slow and nuanced maturation. The water used in production is drawn from a pure underground aquifer, unique to the region.

Handmade and Honest Whiskey

Everything at Dingle is produced on-site, using traditional copper pot stills and triple distillation, true to Irish tradition. Their two signature whiskey styles are:

• Single Malt: rich, fruity, and balanced.

• Single Pot Still: creamy, spicy, and bold.

Every bottle is non-chill filtered, natural colour, and made in small batches, expressing the character of its cask and origin.

Acclaimed Limited Releases

Dingle rose to fame through its limited edition releases, especially the 5 Pot Still Releases, widely praised for their quality and individuality. The distillery also offers cask strength bottlings, special finishes, and exclusive editions for collectors.
