The Celtic Whiskey Distillery unveils its Sauternes 2022 Kornog finish, produced in Pleubian in the Côtes-d'Armor.
Kornog is a peated Monkey Malt whose elaboration process is precise and meticulous. In order to offer a powerful whisky, this Kornog Sauternes finish has been bottled at its natural degree of 54.8°.
Its floral, fruity and woody notes intertwine with saline notes, specific to maturation by the sea.
Limited edition of 815 hand-numbered bottles.

Glann Ar Mor means "next to the sea" in Breton language. In 1999, Martine and Jean Donnay chose this authentic marine environment for their distillery. This geographical location has an important role in the aging process of these breton whiskies: the temperature, humidity and the maritime climate.
