Sheep Dip 70cl 40°
Country : Scotland / Reference: : 21584
Sheep Dip is so named after a ruse used by the Scots to avoid paying taxes on the whiskeys they distilled. The barrels were labeled "Sheep Dip" (sheep poison) to prevent customs officials from tasting them.
It is a Vatted Malt made from 16 malt whiskeys aged 8 to 21 years in first fill barrels. It has a spicy, peaty aromatic profile with a hint of sweetness brought by the cherry.
