The Bonne Mère distillery is a company rooted in the heart of Guadeloupe, shaped by a passion for tropical terroirs. Set in lush green surroundings, it takes advantage of the richness of volcanic soils to grow expressive sugar cane. Its approach is based on agricultural and artisanal production: the cane is harvested on site, pressed in carefully maintained facilities, then distilled with care to preserve its fresh, vegetal aromas.
