This rum comes from the only rum distillery in the archipelago of Fiji.

It was distilled in an iron still from molasses. It aged on the island for 2 years in an old Bourbon cask, then finished in Europe in a cask that had previously contained Cognac for 4 additional years.

Intense aromatic profile with smoky and fruity notes.
