This rum from Panama was distilled in a column, it then aged 15 years in a dynamic way, a practice inspired by the Solera from Spain.
Rum continued to age in Europe for almost 2 years in a cask that had previously contained rum. However, his age count is not changed because the ageing method differs.
The nose is slightly tangy on red fruits. On the palate, it is smooth, with a hint of liquorice and chocolate.
