Nose: reveals ripe fruit aromas, notably apple and blood orange, with a subtle touch of vanilla.

Palate: characteristic peat smoke, with flavors of candied orange, baked apple, sweet spices and black pepper.

Finish: moderately long, with a persistence of light smoke and milk chocolate, with a subtle touch of aniseed.
