Colour: gold.

Nose: powerful with notes of bacon, black liquorice and candied ginger. The scents of dark chocolate, blood orange and toasted nuts come later to add strength to the aromatic palette.

Palate: sharp with hints of dried apricots and citrus zests that emphasize the influence of aging in sherry casks.

Finish: long, mellow with notes of cocoa beans and coffee beans providing a very pleasant bitter-sweet sensation. Notes of exotic fruit make their entrance afterwards, refreshing the palate with their acidulous juice.
