The small japanese distillery Hinotori was founded in 1949. It has launched this limited edition for its 70 year anniversary.
Developed on Honshu Island (Japan's largest island), this 5-year-old blend is a mix of grain and malt whiskies.
Hinotori 5 years old has aged in American oak barrels (white oak) that have already served for the aging of other whiskies.
It is a non chill-filtered whisky.
