This LPCH “white cuvée” is a blend of 3 vintages from major Jamaican distilleries: Long Pond 2009, Hampden 2001 and Clarendon 2002. The best of Jamaica in a bottle!
This old rum is distilled in a pot still from molasses fermented for 15 days. It is then aged for 12 long years in old Bourbon barrels, including 11 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica and then an additional year in France.
Bottled cask strength at 60.1° and without chill filtration, this rum is a limited edition of 566 numbered bottles.
