Habitation Saint-Etienne presents a new vintage with a finish in ex-Sauternes casks.

This vintage has benefited from more than 8 years of aging in the purest tradition of old HSE rums, then a finish in barrels of Château La Tour Blanche, 1er Cru Classé of the Sauternes appellation for nearly a year.

We find all the aromatic richness of the meeting of Sauternes and rum with intense and fruity notes around passion fruit, orange peel and apricot.
