Clynelish is located in the North Highlands and was re-founded in 1967. The Clynelish distillery produces a fresh and very fruity malt.
In the continuity of the excellent Clynelish that we have already been able to bottle at Le Comptoir Irlandais, this unique version comes from the cellars of the independent bottler Signatory Vintage.
This limited edition Single Cask is available in 289 bottles.
This rare whisky benefited from a 10-year aging in Bourbon cask, number 119, before being bottled without filtration in order to maintain the tonicity of the aromas. At 60° in raw cask, the whisky was reduced to 46°.
It has floral notes on the nose and almonds on the palate.
