Distillery : Fettercairn / Country : Scotland / Reference: : 24064
With this expression 16 years old, Fettercairn takes us to new horizons with a very specific maturation: a "chocolate malt" which takes its name from the colour of the barley associated with strong toasting.
This Single Malt aged for 15 years in American ex-Bourbon white oak barrels, before being aged for 1 year for 50% in Sherry Oloroso casks and 50% in Port casks.
Bottled at 46,4%, this Fettercairn with a fruity and spicy profile is illustrated by its richness that will delight beginners and amateurs.
