Christmas Crackers

Originally from the British Christmas tradition, the famous Christmas Crackers are surprise candy wrappers with Christmas motifs and open with a firecracker noise during the meal. It is usually presented on the plates of each guest on the holiday table at the end of the year. Tradition has it that you open up two Christmas Crackers each by pulling a handle. A small paper hat, a joke in English and a small gift are to find to liven up the evening.
