The independent bottler Old Brothers unveils with this expression its first rum from the Fiji Islands.

This ageless molasses rum was fermented for 2 weeks before being distilled in a pot still. It is then matured in old Bourbon barrels for 9 years on the Pacific island, before ageing for an additional year on French territory.

The result is a very aromatic rum with a high degree of esters (625 g/hlap) with an exotic profile with flavours of almond and local fruits.

Bottled without chill filtration, this expression is limited to 391 numbered bottles.
