Macduff is a distillery founded in 1962 in Banff, Scotland. Innovative in distillation techniques, she was the first to test metal mash tuns and steam-heated stills.
Later, a Single Malt will emerge under the name of Glen Deveron and a few merchants including Signatory Vintage offer bottling under the name of Macduff from this confidential distillery.
This Single Malt was distilled in 2009 and aged for 12 years in first fill Sherry casks.
Bottled without chill-filtration or colouring.
Aromatic profile: classic Sherry, fruity and spicy.
