Glencadam 10 Years Old 2011 INK3 S.V. 70cl 46°
This edition of Glencadam 10 years is part of our INK #3 series selected by our experts exclusively at Le Comptoir Irlandais.
The Glencadam Distillery, founded in 1825, is today Angus County's only distillery in the Scottish Highlands. She makes a point of creating quality Scottish Single Malt whiskies. Only two pot stills ensure the production of precious nectars. These stills have a special feature: the gooseneck pipe that connects the head of the still to the condenser is tilted 15° upwards instead of down, thus increasing the reflux of alcohol vapors and the fruity character of the whiskies.
This Single Malt was distilled in 2011 and aged for 10 years in first fill Bourbon casks.
Bottled without cold filtration or colouring.
Aromatic profile: floral, spicy and mineral.
