Herbal tea or infusion?

Herbal tea and infusion are the same thing! It's a preparation based on caffeine-free plants and water. In the water, the various active principles of the plants are diffused. They have many benefits, depending on the plants chosen.

A concentrate of benefits

Fruit infusion is an excellent moisturizer for the body. What's more, it provides the properties of fruit, and each fruit has its own particularity. Strawberries, for example, are high in fiber, antioxidants and vitamins C and B9. Raspberries are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, and cherries are a perfect anti-inflammatory.

Iced infusion with red berries and basil

Ingredients:

  • 1L spring water
  • 1 tablespoon red berry infusion
  • ½ lemon
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • Agave syrup or acacia honey
  • 1 punnet raspberries

Preparation:

  • Bring water to the boil in a saucepan.
  • Add the infusion and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Filter and add lemon juice and 2 tablespoons agave syrup.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour the infusion into a carafe and add 5 basil leaves and half the raspberries.
  • Place in the fridge for 4 hours.
  • Finally, strain and add the remaining basil, raspberries and crushed ice.
