This Whitlaw straight from Orkney is one of the two bottlings of 2022 which brilliantly succeed the Caol Ila 2011 of the previous edition.

All in serenity, it takes us on a journey through a plethora of olfactory and gustatory landscapes, which compete in harmony and complexity.

Features

Signature Vintage was founded in 1988 and is known by malt connoisseurs.

The Symington brothers created the company and are specialized into vintages. Every bottle is numbered and hand signed.

With remarkable malts such as Balvenie, Glenfarclas, Highland Park...

Nose: aromas of cocoa and fruit.

Palate: unctuous and elegant, but also sweet and slightly acidic. Flavours of red fruits and aromatic plants.

Finish: long, velvety, very exotic, with a touch of salted butter caramel.
