The Hudson Baby is produced in the Tuthilltown distillery in New York and produced from corn. It has aged in small barrels which allow the whiskey to quickly reach maturity.

The maturation of the whiskey is generated from vibrations coming from subwoofers arranged around the new oak barrels, this allowing a better interaction between the liquid and the wood.

The corn used is 100% local and each bottle is numbered by hand.
